Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Digital Barista website and to our online systems, including club and contractor accounts, the team check links we send to coaches and team managers, and our online photo galleries. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Some of these services are being introduced during 2027. Where a service isn't running yet, the terms about it apply from the day it starts.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Photography services and orders

Club photo days are provided under your club's booking agreement with us. If these terms and your club's agreement differ, the agreement applies.

When you place an order, the product, price and delivery details shown at checkout form part of your purchase.

Access is by invitation

Club and contractor accounts are by invitation only. There is no open sign-up.

You can sign in with Google or with a password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, don't let anyone else use your account, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Links we send you

Team check links, and links we send asking for contact details, are personal to the person we sent them to. Please don't forward or share them. They expire a set time after they're sent or after the shoot.

If you've received one of these links and it isn't meant for you, use the "this isn't me" option in the email or let us know.

What we ask of clubs

Clubs that give us team lists or contact details are responsible for:

• making sure the team lists and contact details they give us are accurate
• having permission to share coaches' and managers' contact details, and players' names, with us
• keeping access to their club account limited to the people who need it.

Using our website and systems properly

When you use our website or systems, you must not:

• access, or try to access, information that isn't meant for you
• share other people's personal information except as needed to organise photo day
• interfere with the security or operation of our website or systems
• copy, scrape or download content in bulk
• upload anything unlawful, offensive or that you don't have the right to share.

Photos and content

Our photos, website content and designs are protected by copyright. What you can do with photos depends on your club's agreement with us or the terms of your purchase. Please don't remove watermarks, or copy or screenshot photos from our galleries in place of buying them.

Availability

We work to keep our website and systems available and accurate, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free from errors. We may change, pause or withdraw features.

Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for loss arising from your use of our website or systems that isn't caused by our failure to meet those rights.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a link we sent is being misused, or when your club's or your own working relationship with us ends.

Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms when our services change, including as new services start during 2027. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
