William “Bill” Needham was a devoted husband, loved father, father-in-law, an adored PaPa, a loved brother, brother-in-law, a respected uncle and dear friend.

 

We wish to celebrate the wonderful person he was and the positive impact he has had on all our lives. 

 

Bill was born in Launceston, Tasmania, he had 2 sisters & a brother. He has been married to Debbie for 44 years & they have two children, Amanda & Beau. After schooling, he did his butchering apprenticeship & opened his own shop before working for Hydro & Energex as a Linesman. They relocated from Tasmania to the Sunshine Coast 23 years ago.  Bill has been a part of many sporting groups including Football, Surf club, Golf & more recently, Bowls.  There was (almost) nothing Bill would rather do than hook his caravan up & explore this beautiful country of ours, Bill & Debbie did several laps of Australia in their van.  Spending time with his 3 “gorgeous girls” granddaughters Stella, Mahli & Quincy was also one of his favourite things to do.
